Pros

Employees are able to choose their hours. Taking time off is an easy process. The actual work itself, is great.

Cons

There’s very little to no diversity. A very large percentage of employees are white, even new hires are all white, no mix. Reporting anything to HR results in more poor treatment. HR is more concerned with silencing an employee rather than fixing the problem. A senior has bullied multiple people out of the company and no one complains, because they don’t feel safe. Management is friends with the senior and have always protected them. Non-white employees have endured countless discrimination and have been cast out from the team. There’s been multiple incidents where other employees have made rude comments to nonwhite employees during team meetings with management present, Both times management was present, saw what happened but neither stepped in to correct it. Voicing concerns about the work process and things to do for improvement aren’t welcomed. Issues addressed years ago, still remain unresolved.

Pros

Decent company to work for depending on your department. Benefits and pay are average, enjoy(d) what I do each day and my peers were supportive.

Cons

We recently began losing a lot of great technicians over the last year. HR doesn’t hold management accountable for policies involving harassment and retaliation. Our department was always top notch but began failing significantly beginning in 2025. Now everyone is leaving or being fired for unwarranted reasons. Growing concerns over outsourcing due to lack of accountability in management.
