      Love my coworkers, likely because we are trauma bonded. Always shifts available. Health insurance offered isn’t terrible.

      Cons

      Upper management constantly changing processes and micromanages. Pay raises are scant. Incentive is not great.

      Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

      Cons

      Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
