      Management doesn't truly listen to understand. Constantly changing policies, policies are different office to office, no consistency in training or communicating. Terrible pay rates, increases are a joke.

      Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

      Cons

      Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
