Coworkers were nice, overall mission of the company is good.

Cons

No opportunity for advancement, no reward for hard work. Management out of touch and disconnected. On call requirements and work life balance are terrible.

good coworkers...nothing else positive about the company

profits over patient satisfaction. poor raises, the worst charting system i have used(HCHB) in my 30 year nursing career. They come at you and want you to drink their cool-aid but you realize pretty quickly they are concerned only about making a profit
