They lie. They promise you something; then clean house when they have acquired the business. Thats what they do every time. Totally inexperienced people running a business.

good coworkers...nothing else positive about the company

profits over patient satisfaction. poor raises, the worst charting system i have used(HCHB) in my 30 year nursing career. They come at you and want you to drink their cool-aid but you realize pretty quickly they are concerned only about making a profit
