Pros

Clinical team is incredibly supportive and provides great patient care. They value their patients and do a great job care for those at end of life.

Cons

Agape limits reps in their talents and skills, and is not a very suitable organization for an experienced sales rep. May be more appropriate for someone starting out. The current manager will give you the format (activity-based selling) and blame you for no ROI when you comply. There is a lack of integrity with a specific manager and no one willing to take the time to look into it, if you bring up anything at all, you will face retaliation. They will also not disclose in the initial interview that you will have to cover rotating weekends, on a monthly basis. There is no room for accommodations either, they will only accommodate what works well for them, and are very focused on high touchpoint sales calls, and less about quality visits. Lack of transparency and accuracy when it comes to referrals, so there may be a chance that you will not get credit for what you bring in, you do have to be good at catching errors. You have a lot of apps on the old cell phone that they provide, but do not have access to many of those apps.

Pros

good coworkers...nothing else positive about the company

Cons

profits over patient satisfaction. poor raises, the worst charting system i have used(HCHB) in my 30 year nursing career. They come at you and want you to drink their cool-aid but you realize pretty quickly they are concerned only about making a profit
