We are of course grateful when current employees are happy in their jobs and feel strong enough about the company to share their experience on sites such as Glassdoor, and in surveys for awards we have been honored with, such as the Philadelphia Business Journal's Best Places to Work. As we realize that feedback from the heart is the best kind to receive, we do not have policies in place that would jeopardize this process.
