Pros

Work from home is the only plus.

Cons

I was retaliated against because I asked upper management what their plans were to create better training and my ideas were used to train staff then I was let go for no reason other than they did not like being challenged in front of others.

I’m sorry that you have had a negative experience working with our company. What you described is certainly not the environment that PeopleShare wants to create for our employees. First, please be assured that we require every employee to sign an NDA before being hired, which prohibits them from sharing any personal information (such as social security numbers) outside of our organization. This is a common practice in our industry. Secondly, I encourage you to contact me directly at PSMarketing@peopleshareworks.com, and I will be happy to connect you with our management team to discuss your complaints directly. I'd like to add a small note about ethnical diversity concern as I carry a very different ethnic background and belong to several minority communities, and never have I felt excluded.

Pros

MINIMAL pros: Corporate Recruiter & Trainer are wonderful and that is literally the only positives about this company. They both really deserve to work for a better company.

Cons

LOW pay, NO commission given on placements, the company blows spoke & lies to new employees about getting on a "commission plan" while finding every excuse in the book to delay the plan from actually beginning. LONG hours and UNREALISTIC metric goals with little to no support! They expect you to work 60 hour work weeks for 30k a year for your first year and then you get a SMALL percentage of the commission only totaling approx an extra $700 per month. ***In sum, PeopleShare exploits recent college grads- because they know they will work hard for low wages- it's a smart idea but not for the recent grads that know their worth.***SELFISH founder, 80% BAD clients who have terrible paying positions with unrealistic expectations and requirements, not to mention they never follow up or even respond to the recruiters- ultimately wasting everyones time and energy. NO reward or motivation to work harder because nobody even notices. Overall, I would NOT recommend PeopleShare to anyone for internal or external employment!!!

Pros

The pay is okay I guess.

Cons

Peopleshare is so unorganized ! I quit my job because they told me I was hired and was going to start that next monday. Then once that monday came, they gave me another start date which was nearly two months later then once that start date came, I went all the way to the job site for them to tell me that I couldn't start that day! Complete waste of my time.
