Pros

Good onboarding/ training experience in the beginning

Cons

This company is very unorganized, very inconsistent in salary across the board and huge micromanagement. You get graded every quarter but when it comes to promotions you are only eligible once a year. They are hiring individuals in higher roles (and higher pay) but having the lower recruiters help train them.

PeopleShare is a collaborative environment, so I'm not surprised to hear that someone "lower" was training a new hire. Different roles here have different skill sets and rely on one another to ensure that everyone is equipped to do their job to the best of their ability. I think what you're calling "micromanagement" is really a culture of accountability. We expect a lot from our employees. When they perform well and meet their goals, we reward them. When they don't, we hold them accountable and coach them on how to get better. I realize this environment isn't for everyone, and I'm sorry things didn't work out for you.

Worst Company I’ve ever worked for

Pros

95% of these reviews are FAKE! If you enjoy being micro managed and treated like a child, this may be a good company for you.

Cons

Management is terrible. As a women I would describe the culture at PeopleShare as similar to the movie Mean Girls. The management team is comprised of women that are very insecure (because they have never been successful anywhere else),extremely petty, and just plain incompetent. This is why the turnover is nearly 50% within the first year. Compensation is embarrassingly low. The company is aware of this and they don’t care because they look at their people as just numbers. I wouldn’t wish a company like this on anyone. Hands down the most unprofessional company I have worked for in 20+ years in the business world

100% of these reviews are real and honest, as yours is above. At PeopleShare, we believe in a culture of collaboration and feedback, both good and bad. What you are describing as a culture of “Mean Girls,” many of our employees (including myself) would describe as a culture of strong, assertive and very professional women who are committed to training and developing their team members. Our whole management team (women and men alike) expects a lot from their employees. This culture and work ethic is not for everyone. We are sorry that you did not feel that PeopleShare was the right fit for you, we wish you luck in your future endeavors.
