What you are describing as a culture of “Mean Girls,” many of our employees (including myself) would describe as a culture of strong, assertive and very professional women who are committed to training and developing their team members. Our whole management team (women and men alike) expects a lot from their employees. This culture and work ethic is not for everyone.
