AWFUL - Recruiter PeopleShare Employee Review

This company is a complete joke. It blows my mind that a Manager who belittled employees and is completely unprofessional gets promoted to a higher ranking position. They take advantage of recent college grads and you never get breaks. They say it's okay to make mistakes but if you make one mistake you are treated like you are in kindergarten. Horrible experience; I'm completely miserable going to work and it's an unhealthy working environment.
