Pros

PeopleShare is a great company with even better employees. It is a fast paced, busy, challenging job providing you with great experience in recruiting and business development. It is hard work but it pays off. The team I work with is one of the best there is. Very reliable, hardworking, and optimistic, as well as a great sense of humor. Management is open to hearing ideas and feedback, and truly cares about employees. recruiters are responsible for setting and meeting goals, which are hard but reachable.

Cons

There are only a few, long hours with little flexibility, takes a while to gain a decent salary

Pros

-Pays weekly. -Communication with recruiters is pleasant. -They connect you with local companies. -Mostly temp to full time hire positions to my knowledge. These require interviews. My sis’s new full time job was through PeopleShare temp to new hire of the company. -X weeks long temporary job assignments hire quick with just a resume screening at my local branch. Good for fast cash.

Cons

-Did not receive confirmation that I submitted my applications on the official website so I actually applied on Indeed to be safe. Some technology stuff needs to be updated. -My local branch is too small and only assigned me to X weeks long temporary job assignments. I was satisfied with the fast cash but had to get used to the emails that came at the very end of whichever work week the company felt like they were done needing temporary help. You have to look at larger branches for the more stable temp to full time hire jobs if yours is a small branch.
