Pros

Compensation was probably average. The company made attempts to bring together the employees, but the purpose was more for the profit of the company than an ideal about workplace environments. The company used to woo the employees with a one on one lunch with the local Director. That ended a few years back though.

Cons

There are probably areas in the company that work well and the employees have a good experience. The management of the company as a whole is fragmented before it gets to the local level. The experience of any given office is entirely dependent upon the General Manager for that region.

Pros

Really flexible schedule and work environment for on-shore employees.

Cons

Its a conglomerate of small specialized consultancies acquired and merged over time. It was bought out by private equity in 2024 and taken off the public market. The new CEO is from Accenture. Salaries haven't gone up for over 2 years. Anyone who has been able to get one has it in the form of a 1-year retention bonus. In other words, you have to give it back if you leave before the years up. Up to 5 changes in direct supervisor in the past 6 months. Even if you have a good boss their advocacy means nothing for your career at the moment. With the new CEO and rebrand came a full tilt pivot into AI. The plan boils down to using AI to figure out the plan to become more profitable using AI. In theory, this is circular logic gen ai is ill equiped to handle. In execution, this leads to uncapped token usage with no guarantees of profit.
