Work environment- constant gossiping (disrupts employees) employee whom are target of gossip miss work due to work related stress and eventually quit Supervisory staff-inadequately trained and not being able to train sufficiently. Will use position to make employees fill uncomfortable, will call out employees on the spot to humiliate in front of other staff. will take anger and frustrations out of staff.
