Pros

Great benefits, rapid growth, great employees, and innovative thinking. Management is intelligent, creative, honest, and I like the little perks that are given throughout the year.

Cons

I cannot think of anything that is challenging at this time. The company works very hard to continuously improve, create new programs and help the community.

Pros

We’ve gone through lots of growth in the past two years and that’s sometimes hard. Current management is doing a good job of communicating what’s coming up and certain departments are really embracing the growth. Management supports career growth and does a good job of promoting current employees. I am friends with my co-workers and I feel lucky to be working at such a great organization.

Cons

While the benefits are good, they could be better. It would be great if there were more paid holidays, currently there are six and four floating holidays. A training program for current employees would be great too.
