The CEO really cares about employee well-being. Great co-workers, great vision and mission and values.

Cons

Not for profit means not the most money compared to for-profit companies. But the work environment and people here are more important than money can ever buy.

Pros

Good place to get experience. Company cares about their patients. On the job training. Some good team leaders. Busy clinic- days go by fast. One of the best FQHCs in the country and state.

Cons

Gap in communication with management. Anti-nurse mentality. Run by medical assistants. Extremely high turnover rate. Some poor team leaders. Workplace harassment.

Pros

Benefits are hard to match anywhere else around here. Some recent steps to try and improve employee experience have been taken. Great advancement opportunities. All in all a great place to work!

Cons

Because I don't want to hurt this fantastic company based on experiences with one department, I will refrain from being specific. All areas have their issues but most are as to be expected.
