Pros

The patients and staff are very friendly. It's a great place to work. I like it so much I come here for my own medical care. In my opinion, its the best medical practice in town.

Cons

The HR Department lacks experience and seems very disorganized, but all the other departments are high-performing.

Thank you for your feedback. The HR team has gone through several transitions over the past few years but, as of November 2016, we have a new team in place that is getting excellent feedback across the organization. If you haven't had a good experience with our team, I would love to hear from you so I can understand your concerns and get them resolved - please email me. - Lisa Knight, HR Director

Pros

Great place to jumpstart careers. Love the community that they are involved with helping

Cons

The pay is definately not fair-many new hires getting paid close or more with less experiance than older hires. Turn over rate is high in certain department.

Great place to work

Pros

- Great management: The nursing manager really takes time to listen and actually makes changes. - Great team: All the nurses are super nice - Most providers are very nice and easy to work with. The medical assistants are helpful and kind. - Good work/ life balance: You only work 4 days a week - You get to help the underserved and work within the community during the fires and pandemic. - Excellent place to learn if you’re a new grad

Cons

- The pay could be more competitive - High staff turn over rate due to pay rate, people get their experience and leave
