Fast paced but fun

Pros

Most days its very fast paced as a sterile tech. You're on your feet and always have something to do so you're never bored. All the dental assistants are super nice and easy going and will always help or answer any questions you have. Feels like a family here, and has great benefits as well through the company.

Access for all patients, open Monday through Saturday! Friendly staff Great Benefits One-stop shop for Medical, Dental, Pharmacy, Lab, Mental Health, and Wellness

Work environment- constant gossiping (disrupts employees) employee whom are target of gossip miss work due to work related stress and eventually quit Supervisory staff-inadequately trained and not being able to train sufficiently. Will use position to make employees fill uncomfortable, will call out employees on the spot to humiliate in front of other staff. will take anger and frustrations out of staff. Staff is never good enough,
