-Tons of new feature development and projects to work on. -Full ownership in the projects you work on and being able to make significant contributions (both individually and as a team). -Having a voice within the company, and being able to contribute to the products & company culture. -A leadership team that cares about its staff and listens to them. -Fun industry being in TV-streaming / entertainment.

Cons

-Being at a lean company means being highly-adaptable, managing multiple responsibilities and wearing many hats, and sometimes increased pressure to perform.
