Pros

I generally liked everyone there.

Cons

Commission only and you buy your own leads. Essentially, you pay to work there. It operates like an MLM. Your boss makes a commission off what you sell and their boss makes even more. It's great if you're on top. Not a lot of ethics going on at this place.

Pros

The pay, flexibility to make your own schedule, and work environment are pivotal to my success.

Cons

It takes hard work to make it, and sacrifices have to be made in the beginning to make it happen.

Pros

It gave me some sales experience that I was able to put on my resume.

Cons

You have to pay for your leads, which in the end is a pyramid scheme, I was told that the "exclusive" leads ($7-$10 per) were put into 3 agents systems, but then most of the leads we would get would already be spammed which means they are in way more than 3 agents account. My old co-worker called the CRM customer service support and they told them that if it was spammed it was in around 10 agents system. They did not give any sort of refunds for the leads that were spammed or not sold. Which means the people involved in the pyramid scheme are able to split the profit amongst each other while they feed off of new agents.
