Pros

If you are good at your job and can sell your way to success then this can make you a lot of money. Great people too

Cons

If you are not good at the job you will not make it. It is cutthroat and you will be competing with multiple agents all blowing up the clients for a sale.

Pros

I generally liked everyone there.

Cons

Commission only and you buy your own leads. Essentially, you pay to work there. It operates like an MLM. Your boss makes a commission off what you sell and their boss makes even more. It's great if you're on top. Not a lot of ethics going on at this place.
