Pros
Decent pay Friendly employees Flexible with school schedule (notify 2 weeks in advance) Easy work I've worked in a few restaurants and this was the best job I had while in college. Most managers would ignore my off-day requests for exams, even after originally agreeing to them. Piada was extremely respectful of your posted off-day requests. Most coworkers agreed that this was the perfect job to have while still in school. The work is even easier than most cashier jobs.
Cons
Not any besides it being a per hour job. They'll say you get benefits, if you hit full-time hours, but they will never let you crack 32 hours in a week unless you're a manager. Also the customer is always right even if they're blatantly lying about you or your coworkers, but that is standard for this industry. The managers are understanding, but corporate isn't.
