Pros

Some of the best employees I've had the pleasure of managing.

Cons

Company showing deep signs of distress. Won't fix/replace needed equipment, still using DOS for BOH reports. Buildings in need of repair and remodeling. Same carpet since the early 90's. Upper level management has been there for 20+ years in most units, and they simply don't care. The Regional Managers don't seem to care either.
