Pros

Pays you well for the market Not many years at the company but loos they are very loyal and also appreciate it if you reciprocate the loyalty towards them Work life balance is very great Work load isn't that big of a issue here

Cons

They are struggling lately but not really bad Sometimes I have looked for work..boring but that has made to take initiative and create my own work There aren't structured career dev program...which is not the cup of team for all, if you are ambitious you may have to find the work by yourself but colleagues help you if you need anything from them Not much training, you are on your own.

Fantastic benefits and great culture. Pay is decent and in line with responsibilities

As corporate as corporate can be. At one point they actually had TPS reports ( Office Space reference ). Such a large company that it is certainly not nimble to changing markets.
