Company reorganizes pretty much every fiscal year. Employees are moved to another position without being given any choice in the reassignment

Fantastic benefits and great culture. Pay is decent and in line with responsibilities

As corporate as corporate can be. At one point they actually had TPS reports ( Office Space reference ). Such a large company that it is certainly not nimble to changing markets.
