Still keeping some benefits Transparency (although is changing due to restructuring) Values and Culture Safety

Cons

After restructuring programme which laid off 3500 people, corporate environment has become difficult to work with lack of responsibility definition and bigger workload. Big Debt (3.5 bi $) and financial situation will keep bonus away for a few years Big pressure for cost reduction without reward

Fantastic benefits and great culture. Pay is decent and in line with responsibilities

Cons

As corporate as corporate can be. At one point they actually had TPS reports ( Office Space reference ). Such a large company that it is certainly not nimble to changing markets.
