Pros

Generally good pay at all levels Safety is paramount from the top down (UK anyway) Some great people in the business - Friendly and helpful environment

Cons

Company stability The restructuring of the business has left the market wide open for competitors to take advantage Constant site closures bring down morale. Management is (in places) clueless - With focus on the wrong issues. Training has been limited - There was a good push on training in 2010-2012 with a new training manager who is now gone. Things will get better but not due to the management

Fantastic benefits and great culture. Pay is decent and in line with responsibilities

Cons

As corporate as corporate can be. At one point they actually had TPS reports ( Office Space reference ). Such a large company that it is certainly not nimble to changing markets.
