      Pros

      Placon has been one of the best jobs I have ever had. You get time to get your work done. Most of my teammates are fantastic people. We talk about everything here when we have time to—an easy job with great pay.

      Cons

      The day's can be a bit long at 12 hours shifts. And sometimes there's no work to be had, which can make for a long night/day.

      was a good work environment, fun at our location

      Cons

      management choices, "restructuring", refusal to get with the times with benefits, and never giving actual raises for job performance, yearly "raises" were always below inflation rates...
