Pros

Participants are great and co-workers are mostly caring, committed, people Facility is clean and well maintained and state of the art equipment is provided Access to IDEA continuing education and they pay for your CPR

Cons

Management evaluates classes without attending them and often relies on gossip to gauge value of class - this encourages cattiness and backstabbing Favoritism and little to no communication between management and instructors except for a few favorites - your class could be moved into a different time slot every quarter with no notification which made it hard to build a following No opportunity promote your classes but you are responsible for building them

Work life balance with generous PTO and client holidays. Autonomy provided in position.

Cons

Poor merit increases, no increases to match inflation, lack of improvements or advancements, management lacks vision to progress in meeting client needs
