      Worse with time.

      Pros

      Career advancement is encouraged. I started as a part time and have moved to Sr. Management in 5 years.

      Cons

      Organizational structure is a mess since the Optum take over. Things take 10x as long to get done. There is no direction on anything. Clients are starting to see the lack of organization. You never feel like you are working directly with anyone. There is no effort to form co-worker relationships.

      ...this was a good company who seemed to care about their employees with ethical values and a customer service approach...

      Cons

      ...but the Optum takeover left them nothing more than a cheap version of 24 Hr. Fitness. This certainly isn't Mike Motta's +1 any longer. Too bad.
