What An Experience

Pros

The people who use the wellness center and working with some of the staff members. The facility is decent as well.

Cons

This experience showed me that you always have to watch your back and that some people do not have the necessary tools to manage staff appropriately. I was deceived to my face and received no assistance in any pursuit going forward in my career path..despite having a very good reputation with both staff and members to the gym. Do not get injured at this job. Accommodations are EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to accommodate.

-Can always make more money by personal training*

Cons

-Very very difficult to take PTO due to lack of coverage, which you are expected to arrange yourself -*The ability to teach more classes/personal training sessions varies by regional manager policy, not company policy -The company isn't growing fast enough for career growth into management positions. They would rather give regional managers more accounts than they can handle versus creating new regional manager positions.

Working in corporate fitness means having clean updated equipment and delightful clients . We also have access to the cafeteria!

Cons

My managers are not on the same page. No direction or leadership with the position. The position makes a person feel helpless and bored.
