Pros

The people who use the wellness center and working with some of the staff members. The facility is decent as well.

Cons

This experience showed me that you always have to watch your back and that some people do not have the necessary tools to manage staff appropriately. I was deceived to my face and received no assistance in any pursuit going forward in my career path..despite having a very good reputation with both staff and members to the gym. Do not get injured at this job. Accommodations are EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to accommodate.

Work life balance with generous PTO and client holidays. Autonomy provided in position.

Cons

Poor merit increases, no increases to match inflation, lack of improvements or advancements, management lacks vision to progress in meeting client needs
