      Flexible hours and schedule

      Cons

      Bonuses are a joke, literally 25 cents. I got to see what upper management is all about and they didn't care about the employees just the customers. I get that, but if your employees aren't happy your customers won't be either. I watched 10 trainers quit at one site in 1.5 years.

      Pros

      Chance to work at great sites and meet/work with smart, interesting, and fun people. Offer online courses and discounts/reimbursements for seminars etc. Chance to work at different sites. They also do a good job of promoting within. Group fitness instructors tend to like it since they get compensated pretty well and are in and out.

      Cons

      Poor compensation, rigidity (same rules for all sites regardless of location or size), benefits are not that great. Lack of unity in company since sites are spread every where, and headquarters really has no idea about each site aside from their 1-2 brief visits a year. See a lot of burn out from people who are there full time.

      Great co-workers, fun people to work with, endless money from the clients.

      Cons

      Poor upper management, no corporate support, very conservative, unfair pay structure, no room to grow.
