Pros

They give you educational stipends and opportunity for advancement into management. You can earn boosts in your base pay by completing extra projects. You get paid a considerable amount to teach Group Exercise classes.

Cons

Hours vary depending on the day. May not be able to take on as many personal training clients as you'd like due to other administration duties. This is because California limits the amount of hours you can work to 40 hours.
