Pros

Flexible work environment for full time employees.

Cons

No 401k matching and limited quality benefits given that the company is now owned by United Health Care. Senior management has lost its focus on what made this company great and the culture is toxically negative.

Poor merit increases, no increases to match inflation, lack of improvements or advancements, management lacks vision to progress in meeting client needs
