      Pros

      Education Stipend is good, nice PTO time given, good work-life balance

      Cons

      Contract dependent, no 401k match; seems as though not much is being done to help those who are currently furloughed to get reassigned, but rather they'd prefer to hire external candidates instead when new positions open. Current leadership hasn't been very helpful and willing to assisting retaining their current people. Seems as though UnitedHealth is driving more of these decisions now and the criteria has changed. Sad, because I really liked the company.

      Work life balance with generous PTO and client holidays. Autonomy provided in position.

      Cons

      Poor merit increases, no increases to match inflation, lack of improvements or advancements, management lacks vision to progress in meeting client needs
