Good for Entry Level Career - Exercise Specialist Plus One, an Optum Company Employee Review

The management can be more of a "boss" than a "leader." My previous manager was reluctant to hear out any ideas, or address concerns. The manager would also try to tack on extra responsibilities outside for the job description and roles and responsibilities without pay raise, and the manager insisted if we eve needed to give responsibilities back, that was okay too. When I handed responsibilities back, the manager deducted points from my performance review. Very unprofessional and spiteful. This was one manager though, the other managers I've worked under were terrific. I will also say, I reported this manger to HR and they never followed up with me.
