Pros

Awesome clients that Plus One gets to work with!

Cons

I worked at Plus One for several years and can honestly say that although the company helps corporations with their wellness needs, they do not provide the same respect and well-being for their employees. Pay is very low for the work that is required, and some of the regional managers are incredibly unfair, demeaning, and disrespectful. In my experience, the highlight is working with an awesome client, but there is little joy from working at Plus One.

Poor merit increases, no increases to match inflation, lack of improvements or advancements, management lacks vision to progress in meeting client needs
