Great work life balance for team members but of course this depends on your site location and management.

Cons

Poor pay rate. Company needs to consider “cola” cost of living adjustment. They say they value their employees but do nothing to keep them.

Work life balance with generous PTO and client holidays. Autonomy provided in position.

Cons

Poor merit increases, no increases to match inflation, lack of improvements or advancements, management lacks vision to progress in meeting client needs
