Pros

Independence in the roles usually and enjoyable work.

Cons

There is very little progression in the company, 0-1% 2025 raise, even when the company reports doing well. The compensation structure is poorly set up. Despite being under the UHC and Optum umbrella, you are not treated the same in terms of salary increases and benefits. Sad for a health and well-being company. You get an Optum email and receive notifications about enhanced benefits for Optum/UHC employees, which highlights another structural flaw and only adds salt to the wound.

Poor merit increases, no increases to match inflation, lack of improvements or advancements, management lacks vision to progress in meeting client needs
