Pros

Employment, paycheck, salary... you get the point

Cons

You will be required to work more than what you are paid for (beyond the job description). This is a private company with an entrepreneurial attitude. It means they can and will eliminate you when it's convenient for them. They will take care of themselves first and you need to ensure that you provide value to them or you will be removed. They will NOT invest in their employees. There's a lot of politics here (as with every company) but this one is so glaringly blatant. If you come from a decent, cultured, refined, structured and excellently managed company, this is NOT the place for you. Work place is like a jungle where you cannot trust anyone, including your group mates or co-workers. Make the most for yourself and learn as much as you can. It is a mistake to think you have a future here. Employee turnover is very high and demoralizing. As they are using you, use them as you search for another job. Even recruiters didn't want to deal with me due to the stained reputation of the company. The best time working here is when you're alone to focus on your work --- so expect frequent and regular overtimes. It requires tremendous amounts of willpower & optimism to persevere in this hostile environment --- it will bring out the best in you (or worst depending on how you approach adversity).

Pros

Some really nice people work there, and have a great product to sell.

Cons

How do I begin. The HR Dept and process is just plain unprofessional. When I was hired it took over a month, granted I was not interviewing for a warehouse/ factory role. But it was the most spacy discombobulated mess of a hiring process I have ever encountered in all of my years in the workforce. Never a straight answer etc. I had hoped things would change but sadly it seems to not have. Every time you go ask a simple question its ' I don't know" or they make you feel like they dont have time sad
