Thank you for the feedback. We are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative environment for all our employees, so we are disappointed to hear about some of your responses. We value and consider all feedback and we will continue to find ways to improve, but we want to address a couple of your specific benefit and reimbursement concerns. First, as we continue to grow, we continuously look for ways to improve employee compensation and benefits. We currently offer Voluntary Benefits to all full-time and part-time employees, these include; Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, Accident Insurance, Bridge or Hospital Confinement Insurance, and Long-Term Disability Insurance. With the addition of Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Paid Holidays to full-time employees. We do offer Licensure Supervision to any Master level clinician who is desirous of pursuing Licensure. Licensure could be as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. T.W. Ponessa & Associates is able to provide individual supervision and /or group supervision for the benefit of the supervisee, to obtain a License. We would also like to mention that all employees have access to copy centers and workstations. Each workstation is equipped with a computer, connection to a printer, and a telephone. The workstations are there for the employee’s convenience and to prevent un-necessary accrued costs at home. Thanks again for your ongoing contribution and feedback.
