Thank you for the feedback. We are committed to providing a fair and supportive environment for all our employees, so we are disappointed to hear about some of your responses. We value and consider all feedback and we will continue to find ways to improve, but we want to address a couple of your specific concerns.
First, as we continue to grow, we continuously look for ways to improve employee compensation and benefits. We currently offer Voluntary Benefits to all full-time and part-time employees who work more than 15 hrs a week, these include; Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, Accident Insurance, Bridge or Hospital Confinement Insurance, and Long-Term Disability Insurance. We also offer Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Paid Holidays to full-time employees, after 90 days of employment.
In addition, we have an Employee Perks Program that is available on our website, posted in the office and shared with every employee at the New Hire Trainings. The Employee Perks Program offers our employees discounts to local cafes, gyms, and yoga studios, by showing their employee badge.
We do offer Licensure Supervision to any Master’s level clinician who is desirous of pursuing Licensure. Licensure could be as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. T.W. Ponessa & Associates is able to provide individual supervision and /or group supervision for the benefit of the supervisee, to obtain a License. School Based Mental Health clinicians are given the opportunity to continue working over the summer, since new clients are being referred every day, and taking the summer off is completely voluntary.
