We appreciate your feedback and we are sorry to hear that your employment experience with us did not satisfy your expectations. We set a high standard for ourselves and we are truly sorry to hear that standard was not met in your interaction with our organization. You mentioned that we lack professionalism and do not value our employees and clients. This is very unfortunate to hear, as we continually strive to foster a professional, and supportive work environment that values our dedicated and compassionate staff. We truly appreciate all of staff member’s hard work and tireless efforts to help our clients on a daily basis. Our organization would not be able to provide the high quality mental health services that we expect to deliver without our exceptional staff. In regards to this effort, our administrative team routinely reviews and updates our company’s policy & protocols, taking into consideration feedback from our staff & clients, to ensure we are maintaining the highest standards in our delivery of services.
Regarding your recommendation to offer better benefits, as a company we persistently seek to offer the most competitive benefit package to our employees. For instance, this year TWP incurred the rising cost of health insurance to avoid passing on the additional cost to our employees. This will allow our employees to keep their current health plan at no change in cost when compared to the prior year.
