Pros
I appreciate the remote-first culture - they are with the times, and effectively leverage technology to collaborate. Furthermore, there is a culture of trust and growth. I have always been encouraged by my leader to pursue my development goals and have been provided with the resources and assignments that would help me achieve them. My team members are kind, supportive, and humble.
Cons
Change management can be arduous with acquisitions. This can cause some friction; however, the leadership's heart is in the right place, and they genuinely care.
