Very fast growth and acquistion strategy can cause some uncertainty and you need to be able to change and adapt quickly. Internal processes could be improved, things frequently move slow or in an inconsistent manner. If you aren't constantly pushing to be better, or are looking for a job where you can just do the bare minimum to get by, people will notice. Only a con if you don't want to change that.
