Stay Away - Anonymous employee Precisely Employee Review

Precisely has no direction. They are floundering. They do not know how to treat their employees - almost all have more than 1 job and employees are exhausted. Many (good) people are leaving and leadership doesn't seem to care. There is no desire from new leadership to build camaraderie amongst teams to get anything done. No work/life balance. Constantly asking to do more and get it done immediately is the norm.
