So many. The research practice my team and I built up over years was left in tatters, not to mention our design practice. They just want to churn out work as fast as possible. My former business was acquired in 2019 and we officially began the transition in January of 2020, pairing an absolutely awful M&A with this pandemic. There was zero communication from leadership (at any level) for months, they stripped away positions that were definitely not redundant leaving teams scrambling and burned out trying to keep the wheels moving, and after more than a year I had little idea what the actual goals of the company were besides pure growth. The company holidays were the least they could do.
