Pros
I joined Precisely when they acquired the original company I worked for so never really felt like I worked for Precisely prior to leaving. That's just my background so my review is not fully informed on Precisely and a lot of it was just the impression I got from meetings with them. The work environment was fine, overall it seems like a decent company but probably not an amazing company to work for. In September they asked all employees who wants to go into the office and they respected everybody's option and did not force anybody to return. I thought that was good of them because at the time a lot of big name companies were saying they expect people back in the office.
Cons
They seemed to be trying to cheap out on little things. I can't say anything major but just not wanting to renew certain software seemed like penny pinching a bit to me. After we got acquired it seemed like there wasn't a clear path forward with what to do with us. The apparent confusion made my decision to leave. They seem very busy acquiring companies, so much so that they seem more like a hedge fund than a data company tbh. I have no idea what their intentions after these acquisition and I got the impression neither did management nor did they fully understand the business they just took over.
