Great health benefits! Allows telecommuting. Competitive salary. Nice campus. Opportunities to learn and develop. Industry leader. Communicates well their strategic plan.

Cons

Slow to change. Slow to adopt new technology. Some of their customer facing web tools are pretty bad. Not industry leading in Net Promoter score.

Overbearing, toxic management who don't really care about you as a person and your health, it's all about getting those numbers, I'm guessing that is how they receive their bonuses. People on the "team" who are not nurses makes you question why they needed some that were RN's. Unclear goal, unsure what it is that this position actually does for their members. Micromanagement.
